Our Process
From the initial sale to long-term maintenance, we guide every project with a structured, seamless approach. Each stage is carefully managed to ensure quality, efficiency, and a smooth experience for both partners and investors.

Sales Stage
Once a sale is secured, Elba will work on preparing the turnkey contract in line with the tailored agreed package, outlining all specifications, inclusions, and timelines so the project is ready to move forward without delays.

Pre-Construction
After contracts are signed, we handle the setup including confirming finance, land title and settlement, gathering all required property details, arranging building approvals, finalizing working drawings, and ordering materials. We also complete internal checks to ensure everything is ready before construction begins.

Construction
We manage the build from site prep to internal finishes, typically completing in 20 weeks, with careful scheduling, quality control and regular progress updates to keep investors informed and feeling in control.

Handover
When the home is ready, we complete a detailed final inspection to ensure it meets our standards. Keys, warranties, manuals and maintenance information are then prepared for partners to deliver to investors.

Maintenance Support
We provide a three-month maintenance period after handover for minor adjustments, along with a New Home Manual guiding long-term care to keep the property in excellent condition for years.
